Work through Part 5 Building Regulations or Small Lot Housing Code checklists. The system tracks what's been verified and what still needs attention.

Handle Orders

Place service orders for Engineering, Energy Assessments, Development Applications, and more. Track SLA compliance and receive completed reports.

Manage Documents

Upload, version, and organize project documents. Drag-and-drop uploading with automatic categorization.

Track Invoices

Create invoices for completed work and sync with MYOB accounting.

The sidebar menu is organized into sections:

  • Dashboard - Overview with recent activity, pending items, and statistics
  • Messages - System notifications and alerts
  • Release Notes - Platform updates and changes

Users & Vendors

  • User Management - Manage user accounts and permissions
  • Company Management - Customer companies and divisions
  • Vendor Management - Service providers (engineering, energy, etc.)

Application

  • My Tasks - Tasks assigned to you
  • Manage Projects - Project lists with filters (My Projects, All Projects, Pending, In Progress, Closed, BP Expected Expired)
  • Manage Notes - Customer and internal project notes
  • Manage Orders - Service orders (My Orders, Pending, In Progress, Complete, All)
  • Manage Material References - Reference materials library
  • Manage Invoices - Invoicing (All, Errors, Blank, Archived)

Customer & Ordering Portal Navigation

The Customer Portal and Ordering Portal share a sidebar with these sections:

  • Dashboard — Ordering dashboard with project search
  • Projects — Customer project list with search and pagination
  • Orders — Expandable submenu: All Orders, In Progress, Submitted, On Hold, Resubmitted, Ordered, Completed
  • New Order — Start the ordering wizard
  • Logout — Sign out

Project Workflow

A typical project flows through these stages:

Create Project → Complete Assessment → Place Orders → 
Receive Reports → Apply for Permit → Permit Issued → Close Project
